Day 1: Tour in Tbilisi

  • Sameba Cathedral-is the main cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox. The idea to build a new cathedral to commemorate 1.500 years of the Georgian Orthodox Church and 2.000 years from from the birth of Jesus.
  • Abanotubani-is the ancient district of Tbilisi, Georgia, known for its sulphuric baths. Located at the eastern bank of the Mtkvari River at the foot Narikala fort across Metekhisubani
  • Narikala fortress-  Dominating the Old Town skyline, Narikala dates right back to the 4th century, when it was a Persian citadel. The most direct way up to it is by the street beside the Armenian Cathedral of St George. The tower foundations and most of the present walls were built in the 8th century by the Arab emirs, whose palace was inside the fortress.

Day 2: Tour in Mtskheta

  • Svetitskhoveli- is a Georgian Orthodox Cathedral located in the historical town of Mtskheta, Georgia. Svetitskhoveli, known as the burial site of Christ's mantle, has long been the principal Georgian church and remains one of the most venerated places of worship to this day.
  • Samtavro Monastery- Orthodox Church and Nunnery of St. Nino,  were built in the 4th century by King Mirian III Iberia. The church was reconstructed in the 11th century by King George I and Catholicos-Patriarch Melkisedek. The famous Georgian monk Gabriel is buried in the yard of Samtavro Church.
  • Jvari Monastery-  is a sixth century Georgian Orthodox monastery near Mtskheta, eastern Georgia. Along with other historic structures of Mtskheta, it is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Day 3: Tour in Imereti

  • Katskhi Pillar-  a natural limestone monolith located at the village of Katskhi in western Georgian region of Imereti, near the town of Chiatura. It is approximately 40 meters (130 ft) high, and overlooks the small river valley of Katskhura, a right affluent  of the Kvirila.
  • Bagrati Church- is the 11th-century cathedral church in the city of Kutaisi. Conservation and restoration works, as well as archaeological studies, began in 1952. In 1994 the Bagrati Cathedral, together with the Gelati Monastery, was included in UNESCO's World Heritage Site list as a single entity.
  • Gelati Monastery-is a monastic complex near Kutaisi, Imereti, western Georgia. It contains the Church of the Virgin founded by the King of Georgia David the Builder in 1106, and the 13th-century churches of St George and St Nicholas.

Day 4: Tour in Samegrelo 

  • This wonderful place is located in Samegrelo-Upper Svaneti region, in Georgia. Small city of Martvili, just half an hour driving time from Kutaisi. Martvili district is truly one of the greatest places in Georgia – combining unique natural environment with historical monuments. It is a place with lots of waterfalls and sky blue water! You can lend a boat  with a boatman and he will take you to unforgettable journey between high rocks in Canyon. 

Day 5: Tour in Svaneti

  • Mestia- is a highland townlet  in northwest Georgia, at an elevation of 1,500 meters  in the Caucasus Mountains.

Day 6: Ushguli

  • is a community of villages located at the head of the Enguri gorge in Upper Svaneti, Georgia. Ushguli comprises four villages: Zhibiani, Chvibiani, Chazhashi, Murqmeli.

Day 7: Koruldi Lake

  • The lake is located  to 2850 meters to sea level. This place will have the opportunity to look at the Upper Svaneti region and the Enguri Gorge, as well as the Caucasus glaciers, Shkhara, Tetnuldi, Ushba, Laila, and more. 

Day 8: Middle Kartli

  • Uplistsikhe Complex- is an ancient rock-hewn town in eastern Georgia, some 10 kilometers east of the town of Gori, Shida Kartli. Built on a high rocky left bank of the Mtkvari River, it contains various structures dating from the Early Iron Age to the Late Middle Age, and is notable for the unique combination of various styles of rock-cut cultures from Anatolia and Iran, as well as the co-existence of pagan and Christian architecture.

Day 9: Tour in Kazbegi

  • Gergeti Trinity Church- is a popular name for Holy Trinity Church near the village of Gergeti in Georgia. The church is situated on the right bank of the river Chkheri, at an elevation of 2170 meters, under Mount Kazbegi. The church is a popular way point for trekkers in the area, and can be reached by a steep 3 hour climb up the mountain, or around 30 minutes by jeep up a rough mountain trail.
